Very cherry on the nose, great swathes of red ripples in
the clean white frozen yoghurt, and then there are whole
dark actual cherries looking up at you invitingly. The
yoghurt is subtle but this allows the divine cherry flavour
to permeate which is a joy
It is always pleasing to see the flecks of vanilla seed in an
ice cream. It almost tastes like very cold creamy vanilla
custard. There is a gentle rich homeliness to it. We think
this is a very well made ice cream
